Term and Conditions

  1. Accepting terms of service
    1. By submitting an order through the web site www.novamarketing.ch, by email, by phone or fax , the customer accept the present terms and conditions.
  2. Options of payment
    1. Bank wire in CHF – EUR – USD (IBAN/BIC).
    2. Credit Card (visa / mastercard) in CHF – EUR – USD
    3. Cash
    4. Other method of payment upon agreement.
    5. Prices can change without notice, and do not include VAT or taxes.
  3. Shipping and handling

    2. Shipping to the rest of the world

    3. The items will be shipped after payment has cleared, at buyer's risk.
    4. The insured shipping will be sent from Switzerland with the custom declaration.
    5. Compliance with foreign customs and exchange regulations is the responsibility of the buyer.
    6. If the buyer doesn’t collect the package or refuses it for any reason, the items will no longer be covered by the insurance ( if purchased). Moreover the buyer accepts to pay an administrative fee from CHF 150.00 to CHF 500.00, in addition to all the expenses caused by the case.
    7. days return policy in the original conditions. The shipping cost or payment fees will not be refunded.
  4. Grading and authenticity
    1. All the items offered are GUARANTEED GENUINE.
    2. Grading is a reference only – please look picture for actual grading.
    3. All the coin's defects (that are not possible to see from the picture) are carefully described.
    4. For any question (about grading, payment, insurance,…etc.) please write us in the info box, in the shopping cart.
  5. Records storage and confidentiality
    1. Any customer information, that we collect for the online sale service, is confidential and is electronically stored.
    2. In the occurence of a payment via credit card, each transaction will be controlled and approved by the credit card company. Under no circumstances will Nova Marketing SA store or memorize the credit card numbers.
  6. Order process and sale contract.
    1. By clicking the button "ORDER" the customer is making a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart and by doing so he agree with the present terms and conditions.
    2. A binding contract is concluded only if Nova Marketing SA accept the offer made by the customer. The confirmation will be sent to the customer by email.
  7. Competent court
    1. This agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mendrisio in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Web site Nova Marketing Sa (www.novamarketing.ch).
    2. In case of contradiction between the german, french, spanish or english version of the general conditions, the italian version shall prevail.
