Reverse: Coat-of-arms of Mauritius in centre dividing the date (19 / 64), State's name (MAURITIUS) above between four-petal flowers and dots, Denomination (ONE RUPEE) below between four-petal flowers and dots. Separate designer's initials (K / G = Kruger Gray, George) below the Coat-of-arms, toothed border.
